Develop root systems and improve nutrient cycling

Down To Earth™ Root Growth Enhancer is an all-purpose combination of Endomycorrhizal and Ectomycorrhizal Fungi to benefit a diverse selection of plants, trees and shrubs. These microscopic soil organisms are critical for developing expansive root systems, improving nutrient cycling and soil structure and protecting against a variety of plant stresses including drought and environmental extremes.

This easy to use, granular formula will aid in dramatically increasing root growth for more vigorous plants and trees. DTE™ Root Growth Enhancer can be applied directly under seeds, cuttings and transplants or blended into potting mixes.

The objective is to ensure physical contact between the roots and the inoculant.

Vegetable Gardens & Flower Beds:

  • Mix ½ tsp. per gallon of water for use as a soil drench for established plants. Water in newly planted seedlings and transplants at the same rate or saturate root balls just before planting.

Seed Soak:

  • Mix 1/4 tsp. per gallon of water. Soak tomato seeds 72 hours, cucurbits 48 hours, potatoes 12 hours and most other seeds 24 hours before planting.

Trees, Shrubs & Vines:

  • Mix 4 oz. in 50 gallons of water. For new plantings, saturate root balls or cuttings just before backfilling. For established plants, drench or inject into surrounding soil to encourage deep root inoculation.

Store this product between 40 F and 85 F degrees. Avoid temperatures in excess of 140 degrees F.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest or inhale. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Wash hands after use.
